private training and group classes


Private training is targeted training for you. Sessions are specific to your goals, whatever they might be. Whether you're beginning your journey, looking for something new, becoming acquainted with Pilates, progress, stretch, strengthen, pregnancy, post-partum, injury or recovering from an injury.

Group classes are great for accountability, community and a fun way to workout! Various levels, modifications and formats are taught for any student to enjoy their workout. 

 What I offer:

Wednesdays at 6pm at Shyft Naperville

2nd Friday of the month at 11:00am at Shred415 Naperville

mh wellness offers fitness, pregnancy/post partum and nutrition workshops for groups or instructors. In addition to guiding evaluations and feedback with over 10 years of teaching and leading instructors through training and continuing education.
